Guys, Take Note: These are 8 Things Women Wish You Would Do to Her During S*x

It is a widely accepted notion that women enjoy s*x much more than men do and crave for it often. These are some things ladies secretly want men to do to them during s*x.

No one wants to have boring s*x, so bone up on these top tips if your loving is a bit lame.

If you feel like you’re just going through the motions when it comes to getting down and dirty, it’s time to inject some spice back into your s*x life.

A recent study asked ladies to spill their thoughts on what makes a guy good in bed and a whopping 96% said they want a man to dominate in the bedroom.

Experimentation was also deemed as “very important”, with 86% revealing they wouldn't be impressed if a guy stuck to missionary.

We spoke to sexual health expert Samantha Evans, co-owner of Jo Divine, about how couples can get frisky if you feel like your relationship is flat-lining.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, Samantha shared her top tips on how to be more adventurous in bed.

1. Role play

Try acting out different roles which turn your partner on and vice versa. Experiment with what works for you.

Meeting your husband at the door dressed in a sexy tight skirt, blouse, stockings and heels will soon ignite his flame.

Tell each other what makes you tick and what turns you on.

You may be pleasantly surprised at what your partner fantasises about. Role play enables you to connect sexual fantasies with reality.

2. Switch positions

There’s more to s*x than the Missionary position. Find that special move that is just right for both of you – you may be surprised at how different and better s*x can feel in this position.

Being on top is extremely pleasurable for many women, allowing deeper penetration and access to your clitoris and will excite your partner too.

Rather than lying back and letting him do all the work, release your inner s*x kitten and dominate your partner, you might like it and I’m sure your partner will love it.

Tell him what you are going to do, where and how and ask him if he has any specific requests he has always fantasised about (he needs to be realistic with his requests).

3. Variety is the spice of life

Just having s*x in the bedroom is boring so explore new places to have some naughty fun.

Get off the bed and into the kitchen or on the dining room table. Change the time when you have sex, early morning sex has been proven to be extremely beneficial and there’s nothing more fun than drawing the curtains, or not, on a sunny afternoon to have illicit s*x.

Join your partner in the shower before work or choose a day when your life is less hectic and the children are fully occupied. Arrange to meet for lunch at lunch when the children are at school so you can have a midday quickie.

Surprise s*x will always make your partner smile and initiating sex with your partner will turn him on.

4. Dirty talk

Communication is so important in relationships. When we stop talking, problems start to arise, especially within our sex lives.

Men aren’t mind readers and neither are we, so tell each other how you are feeling and what you like.

Tell each other what feels good, that you love each other, what you would like to do to each other, where you love to be kissed and what you like about each other’s bodies.

You may both be surprised about what is said if you are honest with each other. If a man sees his partner actively enjoying what they are doing, it is a huge turn on.

Share your sexual fantasies, you may be surprised to find his fantasy is the same as yours.

5. Read erotica

Reading erotica has become the acceptable norm for many women and has kindled their sexual desires in many ways.

Reading a short steamy erotic story can coax the first sparks of sexual desire in you. It may also give you some ideas for your own sex life too.

Writing down your own sexual fantasies with your partner or filming yourselves during sex can really heat up your sexual desire.

Don’t rely on ready made pornography, create your own. Just remember to delete it if you film it on the family camera.

By writing down your sexual fantasies and sharing them with your partner not only lets your partner know what you desire is bed but will also help you identify what it is you need.

6. Lube up

Something as simple as sexual lubricants can transform your sex life, enabling you to enjoy more pleasurable sex, last longer and feel more aroused.

Ensure you use pH balanced lube as some products contain substances which can irritate your vulva, vagina and penis, nothing worse than a stinging vagina or burning penis.

7. Try BDSM

You could try experimenting with light bondage to add some spice to your sex life using ties, ticklers and blindfolds if sex toys aren’t your thing.

Bondage offers another aspect to sexual pleasure and arousal which you may prefer and see as less threatening than a sex toy.

Blindfolds are a safe, non-threatening way to expand your erotic horizons and a great way increase your sexual pleasure and heighten your senses.

Simple tickles and ties can add to your sexual arousal if your fantasy is being restrained but make sure you have a safe word if either of you wants to stop or be released.

8. Play with toys

With a third of Brits admitting to using sex toys to enhance their sex play and experience a wide range of sexual sensations, such as having an orgasm which may not be possible during sex play, sex toys can spice up a flagging sex life and bring a bit of fun into your life.

However, you may think it is a good idea to surprise your partner with a birthday, anniversary or Valentine’s Day gift but it is advisable to talk to them first before whipping out your realistic 8inch silicone vibrator just as you are getting into bed.

They may think that your sex life is lacking in some way if you want to use a sex toy.

Reassure them that this is not the case and you just want to find ways in which to pep up your sex life and enjoy different sexual sensations and pleasure.
Start small. A common mistake both men and women make when buying a sex toy is related to size. Men tend to think that bigger is better, which can be a complete turn off for many women and some men who are not keen on sex toys as they see them as their replacement.

Clitoral vibrators are ideal to introduce into your sex play. Beautifully designed, they do not bear any resemblance to anything of a phallic nature. They may be small but have strong motors which make them great for slipping between you during sex for clitoral stimulation.

Male sex toys such as penis rings offer vibratory power which stimulate you both and make his erection feel bigger and firmer too.

Why not try remote controlled sex toys to widen your sexual exploits? Allowing your partner to be in control of the vibrations can be a little scary but also thrilling at the same time.

Many women find it hard to lose control and using a remote controlled vibrator is the perfect way to help you to let go and experience the best orgasms you have ever had.

Start your foreplay early by enjoying a dinner date whilst he’s in control of the remote. You may not make it to dessert.
